If you’re a female in the Omaha metropolitan and surrounding area who loves to sing, here’s a great opportunity to strut your stuff!
The Acappella Omaha Chapter of Sweet Adelines International is part of a worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony through education and performance. Barbershop is four-part a cappella harmony with a specific chord structure, delivery and interpretation designed to produce a distinctive lock-and-ring sound.
Acappella Omaha rehearses Mondays at 7:00 p.m. in the Presbyterian Church of the Master, 10710 Corby Circle (just three blocks south of Maple) in Omaha, Nebraska. Visitors are welcome! Call (402) 932-0155. Our director is the wonderful Nancy Goldberg, who inspires us to reach new heights with each performance.
